第一种表达：
(一)首段
1. 主要内容：写信目的
2. 语言表达：
①I am writing this letter/email to you to
3. 补充：
(1)收信人不认识自己时：①句前增加“自我介绍，表示相关”：I am 身份 who 与收信人的关系.
(2)涉及到比赛、活动等时：①句后增加“简介”：It will be held on时间in 地点.
(二)中段
1. 主要内容：信息要点
2. 方法：
原因类：①The primary factors are as follows. ②Firstly, 原因一, which will be of great value for sb. to 感受一. ③What is more, the fact that 原因二 contributes to 感受二.主要适用于推荐信、申请信、感谢信、祝贺信。
措施类：①For one thing, it would be greatly thankful/enjoyable if you could 措施一 because 原因一. ②For another, 原因二, so it is advisable/suggested/honorable for you/us to (put emphasis on) 措施二.主要适用于建议信、投诉信、咨询信、邀请信、回复信
(三)末段
1. 主要内容：表示期待
2. 语言表达：
①I very much hope that my advice will get your kind consideration.
②Thank you for your time and attention.
